Athletic Teams (In Season)

Badminton

The Trinity Badminton season has recently come to a conclusion and our Eagle Athletes soared to a very successful finish by capturing the CISAA Badminton Championship Banner!! Points are awarded to each team that places in the top 4 at the tournament and we had several athletes who accomplished that in the doubles category. All the athletes trained hard and many had successful matches at the tournament. Congratulations to all athletes who competed and showed large improvements from the beginning of the season.

Six athletes have won the right to represent Trinity at the South Central Zone Championships in Edison on May 3 rd. Congratulations to Shanda Biggs and Bryan Joosse in grade nine for their first place result, along with Teya Bartel and Joanna Geck in grade eight. The other team who finished 2 nd was Mathew Nudd and Katie Campbellin in grade seven mixed doubles. Congratulations athletes!

I would like to send out a big Thank-You to Cheryl Barnard for all of her work in helping coach Badminton this season. Her expertise helped bring Trinity Christian School it’s 7 th straight CISAA Championship Banner for 1J Schools! Thanks for all your hard work Cheryl!
